Account & Data Deletion Request

If you want to delete your Match Me Naughty account and associated data, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion

- Subject line: Delete My Match Me Naughty Account
- Include:
- The email address used to sign in (Google/Apple), and
- Any optional identifying details (e.g., screenshot of settings page) to help locate the account.
What we delete
- Authentication record used for sign-in (where applicable).
- Account-related backend records (if any).
- Entitlement/ownership records tied to your account (owned content packs).
- Gameplay analytics/events associated with your account, where feasible.
What we may retain
- Purchase verification and transaction/audit records required for compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
- Security logs necessary to protect the service and users.
Timing & retention
- Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
- Transaction/audit records may be retained up to 180 days (or longer if legally required).
Local device data
Some content may be cached on your device for offline use. You can remove local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.
